杨郑 余雪连 四川法治报全媒体记者 王一多 “警察同志，我家的黄金、白银首饰都不见了！”近日，巴中市公安局巴州区分局刑侦大队接到群众报警，称其出租屋内的金银首饰不翼而飞，被盗财物总价值约5000元。 接警后，民警迅速赶赴案发现场。经现场勘查，发现门窗完好无损，室内无明显翻动痕迹，这与陌生人入室盗窃现场特征明显不符。民警随即向报案人开展细致询问核查，获悉报案人近期曾邀请好友董某到出租房做客，其好友当日在屋内举止反常、神色拘谨，行为十分可疑。民警顺藤摸瓜，层层排查，最终锁定董某(女，27岁)为本案犯罪嫌疑人，并于7月5日凌晨在城区某酒店将其成功抓获。 经审讯，董某如实供述趁朋友不备盗取金银首饰的全部盗窃事实，对自身违法犯罪行为供认不讳。 目前，董某已被依法刑事拘留，案件正在进一步侦办中。
