四川在线记者 文露敏 高杲 7月10日，“亚太经合组织（APEC）2026年数字和人工智能部长会议及数字周相关活动新闻通气会”在北京举行。记者从会上获悉，数字和人工智能部长会议及数字周相关活动将于7月16日至24日在成都举办，这是促进亚太地区数字和人工智能领域交流合作的重要平台。 图据工业和信息化部办公厅官方微信 APEC是亚太地区层级最高、领域最广、影响力最大的经济合作机制。今年是中国继2001年、2014年之后，时隔12年第三次担任APEC东道主，全年将举行11场专业领域部长级会议及系列活动。 其中，电信部长会议是APEC框架下统筹亚太区域电信、信息通信技术和数字领域的政策协同与务实合作的最高级别部长对话机制。近年来，从电信技术到信息通信技术，再到数字技术，新技术发展日新月异，各经济体积极拥抱包括人工智能在内的数字技术，自去年起电信部长会议聚焦数字和人工智能，开始举办APEC数字和人工智能部长会议。 今年的数字和人工智能部长会议将以“数字和人工智能技术赋能亚太共同体”为主题，邀请APEC各经济体相关部长共聚成都，围绕“加强数字和人工智能赋能发展”“促进普遍和有意义的数字连接”“支持数字包容和数字技能提升”等议题开展深入交流。 在部长会议之前，7月16日至22日将举行APEC电信工作组第73次会议，23日举行数字和人工智能部长会议，24日上午举办APEC数智赋能高级别对话。之后，国家互联网信息办公室、国家数据局也将举办数字周其他相关活动。
