<\/a>近期，海外用戶 Joshua Khane 的微軟帳號被黑客入侵，微軟將其帳號永久停用並清除了所有的數據。微軟的操作立刻引起大量網友的討論。<\/p>\n

據 Joshua Khane 介紹，在發現其帳號遭到黑客入侵後，尋求微軟介入幫忙。微軟的「協助」不是將其帳號找回，而是在確認當事人是帳號真正所有者之後，仍然將帳號的資料全部消除。<\/p>\n

<\/a>帳號中包含了Joshua Khane 25年來購買的幾千美元電子遊戲及其遊戲記錄，還失去了所有存儲在微軟雲存儲服務 OneDrive 中的數據。在雲儲存數據中有孩子剛出生時的照片和二十多年存儲的檔案。資料的丟失讓當事人對微軟的處理方式感到極為憤怒。<\/p>\n

事後 Joshua Khane 對於帳號被入侵的情況也自認有錯，因為本身可以採取更好的措施來保護帳號安全。但微軟應該為用戶提供更加完善的處理方式，將帳號歸還或者恢復，不是把帳號進行徹底刪除。<\/p>\n

此次事件最大的爭議點是微軟的官方處理規則。微軟調查後發現帳號存在非授權登錄記錄，並且黑客涉及帳號密保惡意篡改、綁定方式改動等核心安全信息。按照微軟內部安全政策以及《微軟服務協議》相關規定，如果帳號的安全信息被篡改，官方客服沒有權限可以進行修改、以及回溯恢復相關設置。為了不讓黑客繼續違規盜用帳號，只能將帳號執行永久停用處理，有明確表示該決定不可逆、無法撤銷。<\/p>\n

目前相關的相關帖子在網絡引起人咧討論，僅發佈 48小時內，便獲得 3.3萬次轉發、5.9萬次點贊，累計瀏覽量突破 350萬次。<\/p>\n
