問題是，願意上鉤的人可能太少，這反而無法產生實質效果。至少這是知名日本分析師 Serkan Toto 博士在接受 IGN 採訪時所說，他認為索尼只是在等待風暴過去（眾所周知，網路記憶非常短暫），儘管他同情那些不滿的玩家：<\/p>\n

用錢包投票是玩家少數能讓公司聽取意見的手段之一。畢竟，收入才是他們最在意的，只要有足夠多人行動，就能賺到真錢，而這個訊息非常有分量。但正如 Toto 所指出的，如果無法達到更高的銷售數字，最終對索尼產生影響的可能性也值得懷疑。<\/p>\n
