7月13日，中俄“海上联合-2026”联合演习闭幕，随后双方部分兵力就立刻开启了赴太平洋相关海域组织海上联合巡航的行程。这是中俄两国海军举行的第十二次海上联合系列演习，是第七次组织海上联合巡航。这次演习有什么特点或亮点？一起来看专家解读。 总台军事观察员 魏东旭：这次演习及后续联合巡航最大的看点，是有三种“神盾战舰”。最大的是中国海军055型驱逐舰，具备强大的区域防空能力，可为驱护舰编队乃至更大规模的海上混合编队，撑起完善的防空反导“保护伞”，是最大的一块“盾牌”。 中国海军还出动了052D型驱逐舰，同样配备相控阵雷达，作战能力更侧重防空，同时兼顾反潜和对舰火力打击。在整个的海上联合兵力运用的过程当中，可以与055型驱逐舰搭配使用，可更高效地执行防御和远程火力打击任务。 俄罗斯参演的新型护卫舰则是一艘小“神盾战舰”，配备集成化隐身桅杆和双波段雷达，中近程防空能力较强，也可执行反潜任务。三种“神盾战舰”大、中、小组合较为罕见。 中俄舰艇如何编队？ 由谁指挥？ 总台军事观察员 魏东旭：中俄双方的大型战舰都具备编队指挥能力。但从信息化程度和战场感知能力来看，055型驱逐舰具有明显优势——通信能力强、雷达探测距离远、排水量大，适合作为整个编队体系的指挥平台。联合指挥团队可设在055型驱逐舰上，负责广阔区域的态势感知，可以有更多保密通信的通道，可以联通其他战舰。
