大金重工 股份有限公司（002487.SZ）于2026年7月20日发布公告，公司下属子公司唐山大金海工海洋工程有限公司与希腊某船东签署3+1艘散货船建造合同，其中3艘为确定船，1艘为买方选择权船（船东有权在合同签署后2个月内确定是否以约定价格建造船舶）。4艘船舶建造合同总金额折合人民币约21亿元，其中3艘确定船合同总金额约15.75亿元，1艘选择权船合同总金额约5.25亿元。 本次建造船型为211,000DWT（载重吨）散货船，每艘船总长约299.95米、型宽约50米、型深约25米。3艘确定船将于2029年至2030年分批交付。 交易对手为深耕油运、燃气船赛道的希腊船东，船队多元、新船布局活跃，长期与亚太主流船厂合作。最近三年公司曾与该希腊船东发生类似交易。 公司表示，上述合同的签署标志着公司船舶建造能力已广泛受到国际头部船东认可，预计会对公司未来经营业绩产生积极影响。合同属日常经营性合同，无需经董事会及股东会审议。 （文章来源：界面新闻）
