有记者问：日内瓦时间7月28日，世贸组织公布了中国诉土耳其电动汽车和其他车辆限制措施世贸争端案专家组报告。请问中方对此有何评论？ 答：我们注意到，世贸组织散发了中国诉土耳其电动汽车和其他车辆限制措施案（案件编号：DS629）专家组报告。专家组支持中方主张，裁定土方涉案措施违反世贸规则。中方对此裁决表示欢迎。 2023年以来，土方对中国出口的电动汽车、混动汽车等车辆，先后采取附加关税、进口许可证等限制措施，违反约束关税、国民待遇、最惠国待遇等多边贸易规则，严重损害中方正当贸易利益和中土经贸关系。中方敦促土方尊重世贸组织专家组裁决，采取切实行动，尽快纠正违规措施。 同时，我想指出，中方坚定奉行互利共赢的开放战略，坚定维护以世贸组织为核心的多边贸易体制。中方愿在符合多边贸易规则的基础上，与各方不断提升在新能源汽车等领域的贸易投资合作质量和水平，实现共同发展。 【未经授权，严禁转载！联系电话028-86968276】
