上证报中国证券网讯 7月26日， 晶泰控股 宣布，公司自主研发的全球首个基于“生成式AI+第一性原理”的干湿闭环siRNA药物开发平台Kodexia迎来关键里程碑，并于CPIC2026首届大国新药全球会议上公布了多款自研管线的最新进展。 据介绍，作为 晶泰控股 “AI+ 机器人 ”智能药物研发平台向核酸药物模态的延伸，Kodexia平台在一款面向IgA肾病的siRNA管线中仅用7个月，便获得非人灵长类（NHP）药效数据，活性与长效性优于同靶点的临床阶段参照分子，有望于近期——即项目立项后9个月内确定PCC（临床前候选化合物）分子，研发周期较行业平均的12到18个月显著缩短。 晶泰控股 有关负责人表示，该临床前平行对照试验数据初步验证了平台AI模型在活性与长效性预测上的准确度，也表明Kodexia具备产出高竞争力候选分子的能力，拓展了公司在核酸药物发现领域的技术边界与商业化空间。 目前，Kodexia已完成从概念验证向管线资产的跨越，在代谢、肾病、双靶及肝外递送等前沿方向，布局了5条差异化的siRNA管线。其中，超半数管线已完成体内药效评价，动物数据表现优异，最快管线已进入PCC阶段。 据晶泰控股介绍，这些管线资产的推进验证了平台在多靶点、肝外递送与复杂疾病场景下的研发能力。未来，也将通过联合研发、资产共研及对外授权等模式探索商业转化路径，并持续反哺平台数据积累与模型迭代，形成“研发－数据－收入”的正向循环。 随着Kodexia等AI平台在多个领域实现高质量交付，晶泰控股横跨小分子、抗体、多肽、核酸等多种药物模态的智能药物研发平台正持续拓展可成药空间。 （文章来源：上海证券报·中国证券网）
