新华社北京7月27日电（记者魏弘毅、戴锦镕）记者27日从水利部了解到，目前，水利部维持对江西、湖南、广东3省的洪水防御Ⅲ级应急响应。 27日，水利部组织滚动会商，分析研判全国雨情水情汛情和第12号台风“红霞”发展态势、行进路径和可能影响，针对性安排部署重点防御工作。 7月26日8时至27日8时，受台风“红霞”影响，广东中东部和西部沿海、福建东南部、江西南部、湖南东南部等地降大到暴雨，其中广东汕尾揭阳惠州河源韶关、江西赣州等地部分地区降大暴雨。受降雨影响，粤赣陕甘新吉黑等地40条河流发生超警洪水，最大超警幅度3.92米。 根据降雨预报，水利部向吉林、黑龙江、江苏、安徽、福建、江西、湖北、湖南、广东、广西、四川、贵州、云南、西藏、陕西、甘肃、宁夏等17个省份发出“一省一单”靶向预警，通报强降雨覆盖范围县（市、区）名单、水库名单、山洪灾害风险区域及点位，提醒做好水库和淤地坝安全度汛、中小河流洪水和山洪灾害防御等工作。 当前，水利部维持对福建、河南、湖北、广西等4个省份的洪水防御Ⅳ级应急响应；8个水利部工作组、专家组正在广东、福建、湖北、湖南、甘肃等省份暴雨洪水防御一线协助指导。
