据新华社消息，当地时间8月15日，伊朗外交部发言人巴加埃表示，尽管美国从中阻挠，伊朗和阿曼之间的会谈仍在积极推进，双方已就霍尔木兹海峡航道通行方案达成协议。 分析认为，霍尔木兹海峡是伊朗争取战略利益的重要筹码，海峡能否正常通航仍取决于美伊双方的博弈。 据此前报道，伊朗外长阿拉格齐8日表示，伊朗同阿曼就霍尔木兹海峡通航问题的谈判“接近”达成协议，双方“正在确定一条临时路线”。但他同时强调，这并不意味着霍尔木兹海峡重开，“海峡的开放还取决于其他条件”。 美伊6月中旬签署谅解备忘录后，因战事而关闭的霍尔木兹海峡一度重开，形成由伊朗管控的北部航道，以及阿曼一侧、美军提供通航协助的南部航道两条航道。美伊随后因“双航道”问题再起冲突，伊朗宣布再次关闭海峡。海峡关闭以来，伊朗与阿曼就海峡通航问题举行磋商。 （文章来源：上观新闻）
