中新社北京8月20日电针对美炮制所谓“影子转运网络”虚假叙事，中国商务部新闻发言人何亚东20日在例行新闻发布会上表示，这是典型的单边主义和保护主义做法，旨在打压封堵中国产品。中方对此强烈不满、坚决反对。 近日，美国白宫贸易与制造业政策办公室发布《大规模转运骗局：兴起、规模与成本》报告，认为中国通过第三地进行转运，规避美对华关税及其他限制措施，对美经济造成影响。报告认定40余个国家(地区)存在转运风险。 何亚东表示，该报告罔顾事实、颠倒黑白，将正常的国际贸易投资诬称为“骗局”，炮制所谓“影子转运网络”的虚假叙事，这是典型的单边主义和保护主义做法，旨在打压封堵中国产品。 “事实上，美方高额差异化关税才是威胁全球供应链安全的根本原因。”何亚东说，美方将国内经济问题归因于外部因素，解决不了美国自身的深层次问题。中方要求美方立即停止不负责任的指责，停止对中美经贸关系的冲击，切实维护全球产供链的安全稳定。 何亚东强调，中方一贯遵守国际经贸规则，将继续在平等互利基础上与各方开展经贸合作，共同构建“互利共赢的贸易网络”，为全球发展和繁荣作出积极贡献。 （文章来源：中国新闻网）
