8月26日，平陆运河马道枢纽有水联合调试顺利完成，三大枢纽联调任务至此全面收官。 有水联合调试，是枢纽工程从建设阶段转向通航运行的核心关口。调试中，平陆运河建设管理团队完整模拟船舶上行、下行全过闸流程，对闸阀门启闭、充泄水系统、省水系统、电气控制、安全保护等全套设备进行多工况联动测试，在真实有水环境下，全面验证水工建筑物与机电设备的运行性能、水力特性及协同可靠性，逐项排查并处置各类工况风险，确保各项指标精准满足设计通航标准。 自联调启动以来，团队严格按方案推进，青年、企石、马道三大枢纽依次完成有水联调。高水头省水船闸水力控制、大闸门同步动作等一批技术难关被相继攻克，大量实测运行参数同步积累，为后续常态化通航调度提供了关键数据支撑。其中，快速启闭控制是最具代表性的一项技术突破——在此次多工况、高频次运行测试中，快速启闭系统经受住严格检验，各项性能指标全面达标，工作阀门启闭速度“开门1分钟、关门30秒”得到实战认证。 目前，三大枢纽的水流、水位、输水控制系统及船闸启闭设备均已达到最优运行状态，通航参数全面达标。多艘主力代表船型试验船舶已顺利完成三大枢纽过闸试验，有效验证了枢纽船闸、航道设施、通航调度系统的适配性与安全性，为全线常态化安全通航积累了宝贵实测经验，也为后续正式通航运行奠定了根基。 （总台记者 廖汨 邓君洋） ©2026中央广播电视总台版权所有。未经许可，请勿转载使用。
