眾所周知，索尼的格鬥遊戲Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls 起步並不順利，尤其是在PC端。玩家抱怨遊戲的優化、PSN要求、索尼的開發工具、反作弊系統等問題，Steam上的 負面用戶評論 也接連湧現。<\/p>\n

從那時起，遊戲的人氣急劇下滑，根據 SteamDB 的數據，兩週後僅剩約十分之一的原始玩家。然而，遊戲製作人山中武並未將問題歸咎於其他人;相反地，他理解批評的來源。他告訴 VGC：<\/p>\n

「我們意識到 PC 版本的問題給玩家帶來了不少困擾，我們深感抱歉，但我們保證未來會持續努力改進。我們希望玩家能繼續支持我們，繼續為 Marvel Tokon 帶來更多興奮感。」<\/p>\n

不過，他也知道要贏回球員會是 「極其困難」 的，並再次道歉作結：<\/p>\n

「我想說的是，我真的很感謝每一位在遊戲上市時購買的玩家。也感謝一些在 PC 上好心購買遊戲的玩家，但他們遇到這些問題，無法以最佳方式遊玩，甚至暫時放棄遊戲或退款。我只想對他們所遇到的所有問題，向他們表達誠摯的歉意。」<\/p>\n
