国家医保局召开新闻发布会，发布按病种付费3.0版分组方案和技术规范。国家医保局有关负责人介绍， DRG\/DIP 结算清算提质增效。在即时结算方面，今年前7个月，全国医保部门共拨付医药机构即时结算资金9457.31亿元，占本地月结算资金的95.51%；覆盖定点医药机构75.22万家，占定点医药机构的90.17%。即时结算年度目标，即2026年底前实现即时结算资金占本地医保基金月结算资金的80%以上，开通即时结算定点医疗机构占比达到80%以上的目标提前完成。在年度清算方面，2025年底启动清算提质增效三年行动计划，积极优化清算流程，大幅缩短清算周期。今年全国所有统筹地区在5月27日全面完成2025年度基金清算。预计2028年实现全国所有统筹地区3月底前完成上年度清算。 （文章来源：财联社）
