日前，经达州市委批准，达州市纪委监委对达州电力集团有限公司原党委书记、董事长朱和志严重违纪违法问题进行了立案审查调查。 经查，朱和志理想信念丧失，纪法意识淡薄，违反中央八项规定精神，违规超标准接待；廉洁底线失守，收受可能影响公正执行公务的礼品、礼金，违规从事营利活动，利用职权或者职务上的影响为亲友谋取利益；不正确履行职责，在未取得合法用地手续的情况下实施项目建设；利用职务便利为他人在工程承揽、行政审批、资金拨付等方面谋取利益，并非法收受巨额财物。 朱和志严重违反党的廉洁纪律和工作纪律，构成严重职务违法并涉嫌受贿犯罪，且在党的十八大后不收敛、不收手，性质恶劣，情节严重，应予严肃处理。依据《中国共产党纪律处分条例》《中华人民共和国监察法》《中华人民共和国公职人员政务处分法》等有关规定，经达州市纪委常委会会议研究并报达州市委批准，决定给予朱和志开除党籍处分；由达州市监委给予其开除公职处分；收缴其违纪违法所得；将其涉嫌犯罪问题移送检察机关依法审查起诉，所涉财物一并移送。 来源：达州市纪委监委
