国家卫生健康委今天（9月7日）举行新闻发布会，会上介绍时令节气与健康、学校卫生、消化系统疾病防治等有关情况。中国疾病预防控制中心主任医师郭欣介绍，孩子在家看书、写作业，桌面亮度要足够、光线均匀，同时避免刺眼、反光和明显明暗差异，房间顶灯和台灯要配合使用。 白天尽量利用自然光，光线不足时及时开灯。 晚上看书写作业，应同时打开顶灯和台灯，避免桌面过亮、周围过暗。 台灯放在写字手的对侧前方，如右手写字，放在左前方，减少手影遮挡。 灯头可适当调低，不要直射眼睛。灯光明显变暗、灯珠损坏时应及时更换，灯罩和灯面也要定期清洁。 夜间也不宜使用过于偏蓝白的冷光，以免影响入睡。 另外，合适的照明有助于减少眩光、阴影等带来的视觉不适，但不能代替户外活动。所谓的“护眼灯”更多是一些商家的宣传用语，并不代表这些灯具能够预防、治疗近视。选灯不必盲目追求价格高、功能多，安全、舒适更重要。 （总台央视记者 文永毅 李晗） 【未经授权，严禁转载！联系电话028-86968276】
