新学期伊始，为守护广大师生开学“第一餐”，近日，巴中市市场监管局联合教育、公安、卫健等部门，深入各县(区)开展秋季开学校园食品安全专项检查。 记者从巴中市市场监管局获悉，本次检查采取部门联动、市县协同的方式，覆盖学校食堂、承包经营企业、校外供餐单位、食材供应商及校内其他食品经营者等各类主体，旨在进一步压实各方责任，消除风险隐患。 此次检查重点围绕食品安全管理制度落实、膳食经费使用规范、营养配餐及反食品浪费等方面展开。在食品安全管理方面，核查校长负责制及陪餐制度落实情况、“日管控、周排查、月调度”工作机制运行情况，并对肉制品等高风险食材严格核验检疫合格证明，确保票证物一致，同时检查“互联网+明厨亮灶”系统运行状况。在膳食经费管理方面，核查学校食堂是否单独建账、伙食费是否缴入指定账户，以及营养膳食补助资金是否存在挤占挪用等问题。在营养配餐及反食品浪费方面，检查食谱是否科学多样、节约措施是否落实到位。 针对检查中发现的问题，现场下达整改意见，明确整改时限，要求相关单位限期整改到位。 据了解，下一步，巴中市市场监督管理局联合多部门将持续推进各县(区)全覆盖检查和市级随机抽查，对排查出的问题实行台账管理、销号落实。综合运用“三书一函”等方式，督促责任主体整改到位。对于涉嫌违纪违法的线索，将及时移送相关部门严肃处理，以实际行动守护广大师生“舌尖上的安全”。(巴中融媒记者 赵崇钰)
