<\/a>Reddit 上一則裝機事故分享引發關注。一位網友稱，同事於工作室使用之一台預裝整機，已連續三年搭載 Intel Core i7-12700K 運行，期間頻繁出現藍色畫面、速度變慢等情況，同事一度以為是 RAM 問題，更換記憶體後仍無改善。直至他親自檢查，方揭開真正原因：CPU 頂蓋與一體式水冷散熱器之間居然並未塗抹導熱硅脂，金屬表面就此直接貼合運作。<\/p>\n

<\/a>發現後，他以 OCCT 對 CPU 進行壓力測試，溫度立刻飆升至 100℃。結合機器此前反覆出現之藍色畫面與卡頓，該顆 i7-12700K 很可能長期於高溫邊緣運行。更麻煩的是，該 AIO 水冷採用前置進風安裝，散熱條件本已受到限制。按理而言，缺少硅脂會顯著增大熱阻，因硅脂之意義在於填補 CPU 頂蓋與冷頭底座之間肉眼不可見之微小凹凸，讓熱量更順暢地傳導出去。其之所以能支撐三年而未燒毀，部分要歸功於雙風扇 AIO 水冷。即使沒有硅脂，純銅冷頭與 CPU 頂蓋仍能保持少許直接接觸，加上現代處理器靈敏之溫控保護，會於溫度過高時不斷降頻，方使機器勉強維持運行。<\/p>\n

目前，該台電腦已補塗硅脂，溫度亦恢復正常。惟於接近 100℃ 之狀態下斷續運行三年，是否已對晶體管造成不可逆之壽命損耗，仍無法確定。這起事故亦提醒人們，裝機時再不起眼之一層硅脂，往往決定的是整台機器能否穩定、長久地運作。<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<\/div>\n
