聯發科正式發布新一代旗艦流動處理器天璣 9600 Pro，帶來全新智算融合架構，實現 CPU 與 NPU 軟硬件深度協同，打破傳統處理器各算力單元獨立運作之模式，邁向 AI 原生之全新運算時代。<\/p>\n

<\/a>本次最大亮點，即為此套智算融合架構。過往處理器內部 CPU、NPU 大多各司其職、獨立調用，而天璣 9600 Pro 將二者打通，打造面向 AI 時代之全新運算核心，兼顧性能釋放與能效表現。<\/p>\n

處理器採用業界首創雙 NPU 方案，分為超性能 NPU 1090 與超能效 NPU。超性能 NPU 專門承接重度 AI 運算任務；超能效 NPU 則負責輕量負載，保障 AI 功能可持續於後台運行，落實智能體全時感知體驗。<\/p>\n

<\/a>能效方面迎來大幅突破。對比上代天璣 9500，天璣 9600 Pro 超大核功耗下降 37%，多核功耗降幅更達 61%。依託系統級智能電源管理，處理器可做到微秒級動態算力調度，開關響應速度相較上代提升 10 倍。<\/p>\n

<\/a> <\/a>針對當下熱門之端側 AI 持續運行場景，雙 NPU 架構優勢得以充分釋放。超能效 NPU 運行輕載 AI 模型功耗直接下降 40%，實現智能體 AI 常駐後台；超性能 NPU 將每瓦特生成詞元數提升 55%，做到高 AI 算力輸出之同時，控制發熱與耗電。<\/p>\n

<\/a>於 ETHZ AI Benchmark v7 流動 SoC 測試中，天璣 9600 Pro 之 NPU 取得 22,631 分，AI 算力性能處於流動平台第一梯隊。<\/p>\n

儲存規格同步升級，天璣 9600 Pro 率先支援 LPDDR6 記憶體與 UFS 5.0 快閃儲存。LPDDR6 相較前代性能提升 33%；UFS 5.0 讀寫性能對比雙通道 UFS4 直接翻倍，為端側大模型運行、海量數據交換提供高速通路。<\/p>\n
