上证智讯 9月10日晚间， 新迅达 发布公告称，公司于2026年6月15日披露了《关于持股5%以上股东减持计划预披露的公告》，公司持股5%以上股东五矿国际 信托 有限公司－五矿 信托 －优质远瞻股权投资单一资金 信托 2号（以下简称“五矿国际信托有限公司”）计划在2026年7月8日至2026年9月30日期间（在此期间如遇法律、法规规定的窗口期则不减持），通过集中竞价方式减持公司股份不超过1,994,115股（含），占公司总股本的1.00%；通过大宗交易方式减持不超过3,988,231股（含），占公司总股本的2.00%。 根据五矿国际信托有限公司出具的《关于减持 新迅达 股份提前终止的告知函》，在2026年7月8日至2026年8月25日期间，五矿国际信托有限公司通过集中竞价累计减持1,994,100股，占公司总股本的1.00%，减持均价为23.86元\/股；通过大宗交易于2026年7月20日减持800,000股，占公司总股本的0.40%，减持均价为17.95元\/股。本次合计减持279.41万股，占公司总股本的1.40%。本次减持前，五矿国际信托有限公司持有公司股份1,274.3962万股，占公司总股本的6.39%；本次减持后持有994.9862万股，占公司总股本的4.99%，其中无限售条件股份994.9862万股、有限售条件股份0股。 现五矿国际信托有限公司决定提前终止本次股份减持，本次未完成减持的股份在本次减持计划剩余期限内将不再减持。 （文章来源：上海证券报·中国证券网）
