新华社宁波9月9日电（记者方问禹、许舜达）2026年中国—中东欧国家创新合作大会9日在浙江宁波举行。记者获悉，中国—中东欧国家已建立多层次创新合作体系，包括13个政府间科技合作协定国家、13个联委会机制国家、12个联合研究资助机制国家。 此外，中国—中东欧国家科技创新合作成果不断涌现，已建立11家“ 一带一路 ”联合实验室以及多个专业平台、产业园区等，其合作论文数量、跨境专利申请、多层次人文交流等持续提升。 2026年中国—中东欧国家创新合作大会由中国科技部、斯洛伐克经济部共同主办，以“创新十年，共筑未来”为主题。作为中国—中东欧国家合作机制下科技领域层次最高、规模最大的品牌活动，大会已在中国、斯洛伐克、波黑、塞尔维亚等地成功举办5届，有力推动政策对话、联合研究、人员交流、技术合作和产学研对接。 科技部副部长张光军表示，10年前我们建立了中国—中东欧国家创新合作大会这个共商、共建、共享的合作机制，10年来双方科技创新合作日臻成熟，内生动力持续增强。站在新的起点上，中国愿同中东欧各国一道，坚持开放包容、互利共赢，推动中国—中东欧国家科技创新合作迈向更高水平。 记者了解到，2026年中国—中东欧国家创新合作大会还发布“2026中国（城市）—中东欧国家开放创新合作指数”、《中国—中东欧国家创新合作10年报告》，并启动第二届中国—中东欧青年创新创业大赛，集中签署11项产学研合作及平台共建协议。 （文章来源：中国证券报·中证网）
