印度中央消費者保護局（CCPA）已將目光投向 Apple，對其軟件保養政策展開審查，並質疑其維修收費過高。這場調查之導火索可追溯至 2024 年之 iOS 18 系統，當時部分 iPhone 15 用戶升級後，螢幕出現綠色、粉色或白色線條，惟用戶前往 Apple 進行售後服務時，卻被要求支付 27,900 盧比方得維修顯示屏。<\/p>\n

<\/a>印度監管機構已於今年 7 月 29 日通知 Apple，案件進入「深入調查」階段，並由專門部門跟進。監管文件指出，此案涉及潛在之消費者權益侵害問題。<\/p>\n

面對指控，Apple 持否認態度。該公司於提交予監管機構之回覆中辯稱，軟件不提供保養乃全球消費電子行業之普遍做法，並非 Apple 獨有之政策；且 iOS 18 經過嚴格測試，公司未發現任何系統性缺陷，亦不存在會導致大規模裝置故障或安全隱患之問題。至於用戶投訴，Apple 表示僅涉及 75 宗，不足以代表廣大消費者。此外，Apple 亦表示用戶在使用 iOS 軟件前均會看到相關條款，其中一條為「軟件不提供任何形式保證，若軟件出現問題，用戶需自行承擔維修費用，Apple 有限保養僅包含硬件」。<\/p>\n
