据香港特区政府新闻公报，劳工及福利局今日（9月22日）发布最新“人力推算中期更新”报告。报告指出，受惠于政府过去三年各项招揽人才及输入劳工措施，香港人力短缺情况有所纾缓。推算至2028年，香港整体人力短缺将由上次推算的约18万人收窄至约13万人，但大部分关键产业的人手依然紧张，其中创新科技、航空、建造、城市运作及医疗界别尤为显著。 按职业组别分析，推算未来三年人力短缺将集中于“熟练技术人员”及“服务及销售人员”，占整体缺口约六成。这类依赖人际互动及复杂工艺的工种较难被AI取代，因劳动力高龄化而面对人手短缺，同时难以吸引年轻新血入行。相反，随着企业扩大 AI应用 以处理常规行政工作，“文书支援人员”于2028年预料将出现约2.5万至3万人的人力过剩。 （文章来源：界面新闻）
