章洁 四川在线记者 张蒙 日前，眉山市彭山区纪委监委优化营商环境监督检查组来到四川思念食品有限公司与工作人员面对面交流，了解惠企政策落实情况，并收集企业关于优化营商环境的意见建议。 为助力营商环境提质行动，今年，该区纪委监委出台《强化监督问责优化营商环境十条措施》，聚焦项目审批、政务服务、工程建设、惠企政策措施落实等方面，开展了“企业点题·纪委破题”行动、重点项目专项监督和“窗口腐败”专项监督，对审批任性、设租寻租、吃拿卡要和“推、拖、滑、绕”等“中梗阻”问题进行靶向监督，严查破坏营商环境的典型案件。 截至目前，通过组建“探查队”模拟办事、纪检监察干部“大接访、大坐诊”等方式，该区纪委监委已收集问题35个，听取意见建议32条，督促相关职能部门对全区100个高频事项进行减时限、减材料、减环节等重点优化，实现审批效率提升60%以上。
