四川在线记者 李丹 6月23日，四川省精神康复协会成立大会在成都召开。 四川有25万余名精神类持证残疾人，为做好这一特殊群体的服务，加快全省精神康复服务发展，更好满足社会精神康复服务需求，增进人民福祉，由四川省民政康复医院等9家四川精神卫生福利机构共同发起成立四川省精神康复协会。 成立四川省精神康复协会，旨在团结全省精神康复相关的单位与个人，提升精神康复人才的专业水平，提高人民群众的心理健康水平及社会适应功能，宣传普及精神疾病和心身疾病防治知识；在政府和精神康复机构之间发挥桥梁纽带作用，引导和促进机构规范运作，促进四川省精神康复专业健康发展。 协会成立后，将讲政治、抓业务、做标杆、防风险，加强人才培养，强化社区康复资源和能量补给，汇聚慈善资源，激活资源投入，广泛动员社会力量参与社区康复，为社区精神康复提供有力支撑，要发挥纽带、协调作用，让精神障碍患者这个特殊群体更好生活；为四川精神康复事业发展发挥出积极贡献。
