6月24日晚， 禹洲集团 发布 公告 称，林龙安因工作安排调整辞任公司董事会主席、首席执行官、董事会可持续发展委员会主席、董事会薪酬委员会及董事会提名委员会成员，即日起生效。同时，执行董事郭英兰已获委任为公司主席、首席执行官、可持续发展委员会主席、薪酬委员会成员及提名委员会成员。值得关注的是，林龙安为 禹洲集团 实控人，郭英兰为林龙安配偶。 根据公告，林龙安辞任后，由执行董事调任为非执行董事并获委任为可持续发展委员会成员，自2022年6月24日起生效。 公告显示，郭英兰，51岁，于2009年10月9日获委任 禹洲集团 执行董事。自1997年4月加入集团以来，郭英兰曾于集团大多数附属公司中担任多个职位(包括但不限于董事长、董事及总经理)，主要负责公司财务、资金及审计工作。郭英兰于 房地产开发 以及财务管理领域拥有逾24年的经验，曾任厦门市外商投资企业协会的常务理事。 （文章来源：新京报）
