季强 四川在线记者 薛维睿 近日，在雅安市宝兴县人民法院审理的一起盗伐林木案中，6名被告人通过四川联合环境交易所自愿认购了24000kg“碳汇”用于盗伐林木行为的替代性生态修复。该案是四川省首例引入“碳汇”理念开展修复性司法案件。 在该案中，王大志(化名)等6人得知枫树、槭树可卖与商家制作小提琴、大提琴获利。在利益驱使下，王大志等6人产生了结伙盗伐林木牟利的念头。2021年5月到9月，王大志等6人先后在宝兴县、天全县境内盗伐7株高大乔木(3棵枫树、4棵槭树)，给当地生态环境造成损害。 宝兴县人民法院相关负责人介绍，按修复作业设计，王大志等6名被告人将补种70棵云杉幼树，但幼龄林期间固碳能力没有中龄林固碳能力强，需要叠加碳储存量。为确保受损生态环境及时修复，宝兴县法院引入“碳汇”修复理念，以弥补补栽补种判决不能“第一时间”全方位修复生态的不足。 经过测算，6名被告人自愿从四川联合环境交易所认购24000kg“碳汇”，用于修复其破坏的生态环境。此外，被告人还将根据修复作业设计再补栽补种70棵云杉。 新闻多一点： “碳汇”是指通过植树造林、森林管理、植被恢复等措施，利用植物光合作用吸收大气中的二氧化碳，并将其固定在植物和土壤中，从而减少温室气体在大气中浓度的过程、活动或机制。广义来讲，“碳汇”一般是指从空气中清除二氧化碳的过程、活动、机制。被告人自愿认购“碳汇”修复受损生态环境，是修复性司法工作由传统修复转向科学化、科技化修复的标志。
