记者从国家管网集团广东运维中心(广东省管网)了解到，截至6月30日，内地近十年通过国家管网海底管道累计向香港输送 天然气 近120亿立方米，促进香港 天然气 发电比率提升至50%以上，转化电力满足香港四分之一居民用电需求。 由于地域等多种因素限制，香港居民在内地为港供气前未能大规模使用 天然气 。为推动香港绿色可持续发展，国家将香港纳入供气统筹规划，确定通过铺设海底管道方式，将天然气送至香港千家万户。 香港支线管道由广东省管网负责运行管理，管道总长度近30公里。2012年12月19日建成投产，具备向香港供气条件；2013年3月9日正式向香港供应天然气。 供港天然气海底管道穿越大铲航道、龙鼓航道和铜鼓航道，每天有3000多艘船只经过。为防止船只在海底管道附近抛锚等问题，主管部门每 天安 排船只沿线巡护，每年巡航约700次。 “近10年来，香港支线持续为香港输送优质天然气清洁能源，相当于减排二氧化碳2000多万吨。”广东省管网党委书记、董事长赖少川介绍，安全、平稳、高效为香港供应天然气，对改善香港能源结构、助力香港经济社会高质量发展作用明显。未来，国家管网将持续加强粤港油气管网基础设施的建设和运营管理，进一步实现天然气互联互通，促进保供调峰能力再提升。 （文章来源： 新华网 ）
