据银保监会官网6日消息，日前，中国银保监会召开偿付能力监管委员会第十五次工作会议，分析了 保险 业偿付能力和风险状况，研究了2022年第一季度 保险 公司风险综合评级结果。 2021年12月，银保监会发布 保险 公司偿付能力监管规则Ⅱ，对原保监会2015年发布的偿二代监管规则进行了全面修订升级，自2022年施行。偿付能力监管规则Ⅱ是银保监会落实第五次全国金融工作会议精神和打好防范化解重大金融风险攻坚战决策部署的重要举措，是结合金融工作新要求和保险监管新形势对偿付能力监管制度科学性、有效性的全面提升。从一季度实施情况看，规则Ⅱ提高了监管指标的风险敏感性和有效性，夯实了行业资本质量，有利于促进保险公司提高风险管理能力。 第一季度末，纳入会议审议的180家保险公司平均综合偿付能力充足率为224.2%，平均核心偿付能力充足率为150%；实际资本为4.9万亿元，最低资本为2.2万亿元。财产险公司、人身险公司、再保险公司的平均综合偿付能力充足率分别为236.3%、219.3%和298.5%；平均核心偿付能力充足率分别为204.2%、136.6%和267.5%。 会议指出，银保监会坚持稳字当头、稳中求进，采取有效措施，化解存量风险，防范增量风险。保险业运行总体平稳，偿付能力充足率继续保持在合理区间，风险总体可控。 （文章来源：新华财经）
