四川在线记者 祖明远 绵阳观察 付江 近日，四川在线记者从绵阳市安州区纪委监委了解到，为帮助返乡创业者营造良好的发展环境，安州区把监督“探头”架到一线，通过区纪委监委机关班子成员包片、乡镇纪委包村、纪检监察干部包户的模式，对各部门支持返乡创业的政策落实、资金使用、项目推进以及发展培育等情况进行全覆盖监督检查，为安州区4000余名“归雁”成功创业护航。 绵阳市安州区纪检监察干部对前期创业者反馈问题的整改情况进行回访。(顾艺然 摄) 在监督检查中，安州区纪委监委发现了“以工代训补贴资金拨付周期长”“技能培训监管设施弱”等问题，并以“一对一”蹲点督促的方式推动解决。同时，针对该区返乡创业实际情况，安州区纪委监委实行“蹲点、联动、测评、纠偏、完善”监督闭环，确保日常有人监督、意见有人收集、问题有人解决、制度有人完善。 绵阳市安州区纪检监察干部向返乡创业农民工了解政策优惠落地落实及创业就业资金补助等情况。(顾艺然 摄) 目前，安州区累计建成返乡创业园区13个，返乡创业示范基地(点)232个，当地群众受此带动实现人均年增收约1200元。
