四川在线记者 邵明亮 从7月3日开始，四川出现持续5天的高温热浪天气。7月4日至6日，全省日平均最高气温34.2摄氏度，位列历史同期第一高位。四川在线记者从7月7日召开的全省主汛期防汛减灾、防高温抗旱和地质灾害防治工作推进视频会议上获悉，未来3天四川省仍将以高温晴热天气为主，盆地大部、攀枝花、阿坝州、甘孜州东部及凉山州北部、东部日最高气温可达35摄氏度或以上，盆地部分地方将超过38摄氏度。 高温热浪持续的同时，新一轮降雨也已在路上。气象部门预计，7月10日至16 日，盆地中西部、川西高原和攀西地区多阵雨或雷雨，部分地方累计雨量较大；其中，7月12日至14日将有一次明显的降雨天气过程，我省大部有阵雨或雷雨，盆地西部有大雨到暴雨，局部大暴雨，川西高原有中雨，局部大雨。届时，各地高温天气将得到缓解。 气象、水文部门预计，主汛期（7月—8月）四川全省平均降水量较常年同期偏多，平均气温较常年同期偏高；青衣江下游、 涪江中下游、渠江可能发生超过警戒水位的洪水，安宁河、岷江下游、沱江上游、涪江上游可能发生接近警戒水位的洪水。 除了汛情，受高温天气影响，近期旱情发展较快。但由于前期水利工程蓄水情况较好，目前暂无人饮困难和大面积作物受旱，预计7月盆地中部(资阳、遂宁、内江)、盆地南部(自贡、宜宾、泸州)有一般性伏旱发生，相关部门正加强对高温天气跟踪监测和预报预警服务，抢抓有利条件，积极开展人工影响天气作业以缓解旱情。
