【明报专讯】政府成立的「土地及房屋供应统筹组」及「公营房屋项目行动工作组」将于9月内交代工作，据悉本周初再举行会议。消息透露，工作组其中一项工作方向是将协调各部门尽早提交公屋的社福、泊车位等配套要求，以便房屋署及早开展规划，并拟在房署未来10年兴建2万个采组装合成建筑法(MiC)公屋单位的目标上再增建更多同类单位；至于统筹组日后公布未来10年可供发展土地(即「熟地」)供应预测时，拟只提供分区数字，不会提供每幅土地资料。公屋联会称难估计早交配套可减省时间，促集中兴建于一座，以加快建成时间。 …
