1300余项检修项目，自主检修占了九成。日前， 东北制药 按计划有序推进设备夏季检修工作，各分厂为进一步开源节流、降本增效，纷纷提高自主检修项目比例。自主检修已成为 东北制药 今年夏季检修新常态。 记者了解到，201分厂有个沉降罐管路检修项目，其中包含4台母液罐及其配套的大口径管路整体移位，因施工难度大，原计划全部委外施工。但今年，分厂决定通过自主动手完成相关检修任务，由具有丰富设备管理及维修经验的副厂长带队，带领生产骨干和保修组人员共同完成拆除、下料、切割、吊装、组对、焊接等工作，虽然困难不少，但大家齐心协力，仅用时3天就完成了该复杂检修项目，为分厂后续自主维检常态化打下坚实基础。 眼下， 东北制药 正全力抓好夏季检修工作，确保后续生产设备良性运转，为下半年的生产保供提供稳定保障，助力企业高质量发展。 （文章来源：沈阳日报）
