【明报专讯】司法机构昨日公布3宗公众针对法官投诉的调查结果，投诉均不成立。其中时任粉岭裁判法院裁判官吴重仪审理时任教师杨博文袭警一案，遭专责法官小组指她犯下严重错误。吴官在案中撤销被告保释、索取精神科报告，更下令被告羁押在小榄精神病中心，小组称，总裁判官应严词提醒吴官反省本案处理手法。终审法院首席法官张举能同意小组结论，为首次有裁判官被严辞提醒的个案。资深大律师汤家骅认为，此举有助吴官改善缺失。大律师苏俊文称，吴官被点名犯错一事，实属罕有，或对其仕途有一定影响。 …
