【明报专讯】特区政府宣布，因应上届政府新冠病毒疫情成立的「抗疫督导委员会(委员会)」，前日(27日)召开本届首次会议后，提出强化抗疫指挥架构，整理新三层架构，在委员会下新成立由行政长官监督的「应对疫情指导及协调组(协调组)」，下设医务卫生局长任办公室主任的「应对疫情指导及协调组办公室」及由不同官员领导的13个专责或专项组。政府消息人士透露，新架构有助厘清各防疫政策的主事人，有利问责及提升决策效率。据悉，两日会议有讨论抵港者检疫安排，包括「红黄码」、缩短酒店检疫日数等，预计短期内公布，8月内推行。 …
