环境生态局局长谢展云周六表示，重新划定湿地保护区及其缓冲区的边界，是为了加强保育，而不是解放湿地。 <\/p>\n

部长在香港电台节目结束后对记者说，目前在香港指定保护区的策略导致许多地块被遗弃而不是得到保护。 <\/p>\n

“当然，这在一定程度上起到了保护的作用。但实际上我们也看到了，因为缺乏管理，缺乏关注，保护价值那片土地的质量可能会恶化，”谢指着元朗的南生围说，那里的许多鱼塘已经干涸。 <\/p>\n

他说，官员们现在正在进行一项研究，以确定将形成三个湿地保护公园的土地，作为北方都市发展计划的一部分。 <\/p>\n

Tse 强调，此举将有助于支持生物多样性。 <\/p>\n

“我们应该确定那些具有高保护价值的区域，然后，我们应该尝试恢复相邻的废弃、已经恶化或失去保护价值的土地。 ..这样我们就可以形成一块连续的、更大的土地进行保护，”谢说。 <\/p>\n

“我们不是为了发展而重新划定边界，而是因为新确定和规划的湿地公园，我们要重新划定边界。” <\/p>\n

另外，环境署署长表示，他注意到呼吁征收更高的塑料袋税 2 港元，而不是政府提议的从目前的 0.5 港元增加到 1 港元。 <\/p>\n

代表建筑、测量、规划和景观界的立法会议员谢东 (Tony Tse) 早些时候表示，他认为征收 2 港元的税款会更有效。 <\/p>\n

部长表示，政府会坚持每袋收费1港元的建议，但他尊重提高征费的建议。 <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
