四川在线记者 邵明亮 8月1日17时，四川省水利厅、四川省气象局联合发布山洪灾害蓝色预警。 预警内容显示：8月1日20时至2日20时，宝兴、天全、芦山、荥经、雨城、名山、洪雅、丹棱、蒲江、邛崃、大邑、崇州、都江堰、什邡、绵竹、安州、北川、平武、泸定、汶川、叙州、高县、筠连、宁南、会理、盐边、米易等县(市、区)可能发生山洪灾害。 两部门要求： 1.立即通报乡镇、村和山洪灾害危险区责任人，所有责任人务必立即上岗到位。 2.密切关注天气预报、实时雨情、河流水位和危险区预警情况。 3.加强山洪灾害危险区巡查。 4.按照《四川省山洪灾害监测预警工作规程》，加强监测预警、适时启动预案，及时、果断转移受威胁群众，强化转移路线与安置区安全监管。 5.地震影响区域要加强重点时段、重点区域24小时巡查防守，落实极高风险区预报转移和预警提级响应处置措施，第一时间组织受威胁群众转移。
