近日，省委办公厅、省政府办公厅印发了《关于更加有效发挥统计监督职能作用的实施方案》，并发出通知，要求各地、各部门结合实际认真贯彻落实。 《实施方案》围绕着力提升统计督察效能、持续加大统计执法力度、抓好重点领域统计监测评价、强化高质量发展统计监督、推动各类监督协同配合5个方面，提出了统筹开展省级统计督察、全面抓好统计督察整改等19项具体任务。 《实施方案》明确，要统筹开展省级统计督察，每年选取2至3个市(州)、部分县(市、区)和省直部门开展常规统计督察；要严肃查处统计违纪违法行为，持续开展统计造假不收手不收敛问题专项纠治工作；要加强重大发展战略实施情况监测、重大风险挑战应对成效评价、人民群众反映突出问题调查、领导干部履职尽责情况统计监督；要健全高质量发展综合绩效评价机制，按年度定期开展综合绩效评价，加强评价成果运用；要加强统计监督与巡视巡察监督、纪检监察监督、组织监督、审计监督、部门监督等各类监督协同配合。 《实施方案》强调，各地、各部门要深化思想认识、加强组织领导、提高监督能力、强化跟踪问效，持续推动中央和省委、省政府关于统计工作决策部署落地见效。
