社会福利署宣布，三号热带气旋警告信号已经发出，所有幼儿中心、提供课余托管服务的中心、长者服务中心及包括庇护工场、综合职业康复服务中心、综合职业训练中心及展能中心在内的日间康复服务单位，在其正常办公时间内，会继续开放。市民如有需要，可以联络有关中心，安排子女或家人安全回家<\/p>\n

教育局今日(9日)宣布，由于香港天文台会在上午10时至下午1时之间考虑改发三号热带气旋警告信号，幼稚园、肢体伤残儿童学校及智障儿童学校今日停课。但上述学校须保持校舍开放，同时实施应变措施，照顾已返抵学校的学生，并在安全的情况下，方可安排学生返家。家长无需急于到校接子女回家。 <\/p>\n
