四川在线记者 彭瑀珩 2022年上半年，四川省的企业并购交易主要集中在成都市，交易数量和融资金额超过四川全省的50%。这是8月24日普华永道发布《2022年中期中国企业并购市场回顾与前瞻》中披露的信息。 普华永道披露，2022年上半年，中国国内并购交易数量仍保持在历史高位，达到6173宗。四川情况如何？普华永道披露，2022年上半年，四川省企业国内并购已披露交易金额超过1000万元的交易总额达372亿元，平均每笔交易的融资金额达3.61亿元。四川企业并购交易集中在成都，成都又主要集中在高新区。高新区交易数量和融资金额占成都市比重分别达42.21%和36.26%。 “四川省的IT及信息化领域表现亮眼。”普华永道相关负责人徐闻说，另一方面，受疫情影响，医疗健康行业发展迅速，该领域的企业并购融资交易相对活跃，高端制造业及金融业领域表现也值得注意。整体而言，2022年上半年发生大额并购交易的领域较为丰富，包括了金融业、食品加工业、医疗仪器、数据、能源与矿业、房地产开发等。
