四川在线记者 雷倢 8月27日，作为2022世界清洁能源装备大会重要活动之一，“产融合作助推清洁能源装备创新发展特色活动”在德阳举行。现场，深圳证券交易所与德阳市签订战略合作协议，将全力支持德阳企业上市发展。 长城资产管理公司、国家开发银行四川分行等8家金融机构代表与德阳市签订战略合作协议，专项支持清洁能源装备基地建设。 同时，多家企业在现场签订了东方电气(德阳)绿色智造基金、绿色低碳转型基金合作协议，支持德阳产业转型升级。 长城华西银行、工商银行德阳分行等德阳市级金融机构代表与拟上市清洁能源装备制造企业签订授信协议，将帮助企业融资发展。 据悉，本次产融对接活动将为德阳提供不低于3500亿元的战略授信支持。拟授信银行将支持德阳市清洁能源装备制造重点项目20余个、授信金额近100亿元，为德阳清洁能源装备产业创新发展注入源源不断的金融“活水”。 德阳市金融局相关负责人介绍，此后，各签约方将建立数项合作机制，推进产业政策、技术改造项目、金融政策、金融产品等方面资源信息共享，发挥各方优势，创新合作机制，加速德阳新兴产业集聚成长、城市品质提档升级、营商环境系统再造，打造产融合作的新场景。
