根据公告，阿维塔科技扩股以现金方式进行增资，长安汽车拟增资5亿元（放弃同比例增资权利），宁德时代拟增资7.696亿元。 增资完成后， 长安汽车持股比例将由95.38%稀释到39.02%，宁德时代持股23.99%，蔚来汽车比例稀释到1.13% 。 3月29日消息，据新浪财经报道， 阿维塔科技首轮融资交割现已完成， 公司注册资本由2.88亿元增至11.72亿元人民币，宁德时代以23.99%的持股比例，正式成为阿维塔科技的第二大股东，并新增曲涛为公司董事。 此外，公司的经营范围变更也正式获批，新增道路机动车辆生产、集中式快速充电站、电动汽车充电基础设施运营以及生活方式类衍生品销售等三大核心业务。 “我们将继续保持开放合作，并将于年内启动 A 轮融资。”阿维塔方面透露。 据悉，阿维塔科技聚合了长安汽车、 华为 、宁德时代在各个领域的优势，共创“CHN”智能电动汽车技术平台。 首款车型阿维塔11已经于去年正式亮相，且已经登上了工信部最新一批《道路机动车辆生产企业及产品》目录，并进入产品公示阶段，根据规划， 其将于今年第二季度正式发布，三季度可交付用户手中 。 阿维塔科技首轮融资交割完成后，有网友发出疑问：怎么不见华为的身影？ 对此，有人回答称，“ 北汽蓝谷、小康股份、阿维塔的增资扩股，华为都没有参加，确实只挣供应商这份钱 ”，而这也与华为“不造车，帮助车企造好车”的规划和定位相吻合。
