四川在线记者 赵荣昌 何勤华 3月27日，四川森林草原防灭火专项整治“回头看”督导推进会在凉山州召开。国家森防指办公室主任、应急管理部党委委员兼国家林草局副局长张永利出席会议并讲话。省委常委、常务副省长、省森防指指挥长罗文主持会议并讲话。 会议强调，要深入贯彻落实习近平总书记重要指示精神，认真落实李克强总理重要批示和全国森林草原防灭火工作电视电话会议精神，切实把四川专项整治“回头看”作为一项重要政治责任扛在肩上、抓在手里，坚决防范遏制重特大森林草原火灾和人员伤亡发生，为党的二十大胜利召开营造安全稳定的社会环境。 会议强调，要全力以赴做好森林草原防灭火工作，按照“党政同责、一岗双责、齐抓共管、失职追责”要求，以全面落实行政首长负责制和林长制为抓手，压实基层单位防灭火责任。要细化源头管控，充分运用森林草原火灾风险普查工作成果，分区分类建立火灾隐患台账，逐项整治销号。要强化监测预警，重点加强实时监测、综合研判、短临预报和预警速报。要做足应急准备，进一步健全完善应急预案，加强训练演练，推动力量、装备、指挥“三靠前”。要守牢安全底线，认真组织现场侦察和火情研判，坚决避免盲目扑救和贸然涉险。要强化火案查处，深入剖析火灾成因，总结经验教训，指导森林草原火灾防控工作。 会后，国家森防指办公室、应急管理部、国家林草局、公安部组成的联合工作组，将以“三州一市”为重点，辐射全省进行督导检查。
