新华社北京9月18日电国家统计局日前发布的党的十八大以来经济社会发展成就系列报告显示，2013年至2021年，我国 国内生产总值 ( GDP )年均增长6.6%，高于同期世界2.6%和发展中经济体3.7%的平均增长水平；对世界经济增长的平均贡献率超过30%，居世界第一。 根据报告，按年平均汇率折算，2021年我国经济总量占世界经济的比重达18.5%，比2012年提高7.2个百分点，稳居世界第二位。2021年，我国人均GDP达80976元，扣除价格因素，比2012年增长69.7%，年均增长6.1%。 创新发展动能增强，创新型国家建设取得新进展。我国研发经费总量在2013年超过日本，成为世界第二大研发经费投入国。世界 知识产权 组织报告显示，我国在全球创新指数中的排名由2012年的第34位跃升至2021年的第12位。 协调发展步伐稳健，经济结构不断优化。2021年，制造业增加值达31.4万亿元，比2012年实际增长74.3%。2021年，最终消费支出对经济增长的贡献率为65.4%，比2012年提高10个百分点，是经济增长第一拉动力。 绿色发展态势向好，人与自然和谐共生加快形成。2021年，全国地级及以上城市平均空气质量优良天数比例为87.5%，比2015年提高6.3个百分点。2013年至2021年，全国累计造林总面积约5944万公顷。 开放发展迈向更高层次，全面开放新格局加快形成。2020年，我国货物和服务贸易总额达5.3万亿美元，首次超过美国成为全球第一大贸易国。2021年，货物和服务贸易总额达6.9万亿美元，继续保持世界第一。 共享发展持续加强，发展成果更多更公平惠及全体人民。现行贫困标准下，2013年至2020年，全国农村贫困人口累计减少9899万人，贫困发生率年均下降1.3个百分点。2013年至2021年，全国就业人员稳定在7.4亿人以上。 （文章来源： 证券 日报）
