9月23日， 东风汽车 集团有限公司董事长、党委书记竺延风在汽车发展高层论坛(2022)上表示，我 国新能源 汽车已进入以市场驱动为主的快速普及阶段，特别是2020年以后，以市场为驱动的特点更加明显。在快速发展的过程当中，也不可避免衍生出许多“成长的烦恼”，解决安全、充电、续航里程三大焦虑仍是行业的努力方向；同时， 新能源 汽车涉及的能源安全、资源安全以及社会治理等问题也需要产业界通力解决好。 竺延风表示，推进 新能源 汽车行稳致远，要做好“五个平衡”。要平衡好技术、产品创新与市场需求的关系；不做技术噱头和资本急躁的技术堆砌和无效创新，平衡好产品与企业规模、效益的关系；平衡好产业链前端和后端的关系；平衡好产业发展和用车环境的关系；平衡好政府指导和市场调节的关系。 他指出，当前除了个别头部企业，大部分企业 新能源 业务陷入单车利润性差，销量越多亏损越大，靠燃油车利润补贴新能源汽车发展的怪圈。前段时间，新能源汽车产业链“谁给谁打工”的话题引起了广泛关注，新能源汽车企业要继续推进技术进步和技术创新，努力降低成本，增加效益。上游企业链要坚持长期主义，防止短期行为，零和竞争，保持供应价格在理性范围。政府层面要完善监管机制，做好关键资源的保供稳价。 （文章来源：新京报）
