四川在线记者 薛维睿 兰珍 雅安观察 张超 9月25日，省委常委、常务副省长李云泽前往甘孜州、雅安市调研“9·5”泸定地震时强调，要因地制宜、精心谋划，抓实抓细受灾群众过渡安置，合理确定重建规模、明确重建目标，加快恢复灾区正常生产生活秩序。 李云泽先后前往甘孜州泸定县磨西镇、得妥镇，雅安市石棉县王岗坪乡、新民乡，调研农户危房拆除、房屋重建及受灾群众过渡安置工作，了解道路中断抢险疏通进度，察看产业和景区受损情况，听取灾后恢复重建建议。 李云泽强调，要坚决贯彻落实党中央、国务院和省委、省政府对灾后恢复重建的决策部署和工作安排，坚持人民至上，妥善做好群众过渡安置工作，因地制宜、因人施策，采取永久居住和临时居住相结合的思路，鼓励群众通过投亲靠友、租住房屋等方式安置，确保受灾群众温暖过冬。要在确保安全的前提下尽快将交通、电力、通讯等基础设施恢复到震前水平，做好供水、供气等设施功能恢复，为灾区群众生产生活和灾后恢复重建提供保障。要立足灾情灾损实际，科学制定和实施恢复重建规划，加强对重建规划实施和政策落实等方面监督检查，确保经得起实践和历史检验。要统筹考虑灾后恢复重建与产业发展，尽快恢复海螺沟等景区功能，帮助灾区群众销售秋收农作物，促进景区恢复和特色产业发展，严防次生灾害和生产安全事故。
