四川在线记者 王眉灵\/文 郝飞\/图 9月28日上午，在交通运输厅组织下，蜀道集团四川路桥抢险突击队顺利抢通S217石棉境内郑家坪至联合村隧道段应急通道。同时，泸定县境内联合村隧道至湾东村、石棉县王岗坪乡至泸定县发旺村生产生活通道全部打通。至此，受“9·5”泸定地震影响阻断的所有国省干道、县乡公路应急通道全部抢通，历时24天。目前，为确保安全，抢通路段通行实行交通管制。 “9·5”泸定地震造成5条国省干道、40条农村公路阻断，尤其是S217省道泸定至石棉段全线塌方，道路中断长度达59公里，其中需重点抢通路段19公里（未含其他支线路段）。仅是这短短的19公里，道路路面到路基几乎完全损毁，且还存在大小塌方点位20余处，多数点位靠山临水，在地震作用下变成高位滑坡点，造成抢通过程中始终伴随着碎石、滑坡、塌方等情况出现，抢通难度极大。 面对塌方分布点多面广，且作业点少、作业面窄和设备运输不便的困难，为尽快抢通受灾道路，在交通运输厅的统一部署下，蜀道集团四川路桥、四川省公路交通应急装备物资储备中心等相关单位投入动力舟桥、冲锋舟、快艇、海事巡逻艇、挖掘机、装载机等大量机械、设备和人员，各相关单位积极联动，多措并举，在国内首次应用动力舟桥运送抢险设备、创新使用作业半径达16米的长臂挖掘机作业，并设立360度“观察哨”确保抢险作业人员作业安全，最终攻克抢通难题。 此次地震公路应急抢通，蜀道集团四川路桥抢险突击队是主力。据统计，该抢险突击队累计疏通堵塞点位348余处，抢通道路（含村道）224.3公里，累计投入救援人员6569人次，挖掘机1158台班，装载机793台班，运渣车378台班，吊车126台班，发电机36台，救助转移群众454人。
