四川在线记者 蒲南溪 “老乡，2020年你家是不是享受了种粮大户补贴？全年领取了多少补贴资金你计算过没有？”近日，在仪陇县立山镇燕子岩村村民陈东家中，县纪委监委督查人员手拿补贴资金明细，与陈东计算核实补贴资金领取情况。核对清楚后，督查人员又前往下一户村民家。 为确保惠农资金“精准滴灌”，今年年初以来，仪陇县持续开展惠民惠农政策性资金专项监督，组织纪检、财政、审计等专业人员成立两个监督执纪专班，统筹监督力量，加强对实施乡村振兴战略有关补贴补助及项目资金使用情况的监督检查。 专项监督开展以来，仪陇县发现基层干部截留克扣、擅自改变资金用途等问题23个，督促相关单位整改问题13个，查处群众身边腐败和作风问题6件6人，返还群众资金3.7万元。 按计划，仪陇县纪委监委还将对全县道路建设、坪塘渠系、产业发展等乡村振兴重点项目以及资金富集的重点村(社区)集体“三资”开展监督检查。
