新华财经香港10月24日电(记者李柏涛)香港 银行 学会24日公布2022年 银行 业人才培训和发展调查，发现 银行 业在科技及数据技能、绿色及可持续金融相关技能、银行业新知识和技能等三大范畴，出现人手不足及技能缺口。 该调查访问了近1000名来自银行业的雇主、雇员、大学生及监管机构人员，超过90%的受访者认为“科技及数据技能”方面出现人手不足，较往年上升11%，其中以“ 人工智能 及 大数据 技能”人才最为紧缺。另外，超过80%受访者认同“绿色及可持续金融相关技能”及“银行业新知识和技能”亦有人手不足。 调查还显示，有75%的受访者认为未来银行业对监管合规科技知识需求上升，超过50%受访者认同业界对粤港澳大湾区和跨境的银行知识，以及业务及产品知识需求亦有上升趋势。 香港银行学会行政总裁梁嘉丽指出，目前银行业出现人才缺口的主因是近期内地及香港推动金融业发展，对人才需求加大，尤其在大 湾区发展 、ESG和金融科技等方面。对于施政报告提出的“抢人才”政策，她认为业界应以“谋人才”方式，制订切合自身业务需要的策略，吸引及培育人才。 （文章来源：新华财经）
