(仲茜记者邵好) 耐普矿机 10月27日午间 公告 ，因业务经营和战略发展需要，公司拟使用自有资金在塞尔维亚投资设立全资孙公司“ 耐普矿机 (塞尔维亚)有限责任公司”(最终名称以在当地工商部门注册为准)，投资总额为2500万美元，打造覆盖东欧及北非地区的生产基地，更好实施公司的国际化发展战略，开拓国际市场。新公司经营范围包括矿山机械设备(含备件)、 橡胶制品 、选矿设备(含备件)的生产、销售及维修保护，技术服务、技术咨询，矿山投资，货物仓储。 本次投资，由全资子公司耐普矿山机械国际有限公司(新加坡耐普)实施，持有 耐普矿机 (塞尔维亚)有限责任公司100%股权，出资2500万美元，占注册资本100%。据悉，塞尔维亚是连接亚洲、欧盟和中东欧国家各大走廊的重要交通枢纽，区位优势明显，且矿产资源较为丰富，开发潜力较大。公司表示，本次在塞尔维亚设立全资孙公司是基于公司发展规划的需要，符合公司整体发展战略及 股东 的长远利益。 （文章来源：上海 证券 报·中国 证券 网）
